Fully furnished SM cellar of 50 sqm, located in a historic building in the center of České Budějovice, offers a unique environment for your extraordinary tastes.

There is a bathroom, toilet, kitchen, minibar and above all two rooms full of original equipment and atmosphere.

The apartment is equipped with a comfortable double bed, a leather sling, a gynecological armchair with a mirror, a large wooden cross, a hook with 2 steel splits for arms and legs, a cage for your "four-legged pet" and a high cage. The bed and cross are equipped with mesh for firm attachment and binding. Lockable cabinets are available to store your personal items.

A flat tilt TV coupled with a tablet to watch your favorite movies is a matter of course as well as free WIFI. An audio system with the ability to connect to your phone allows you to play any music of your choice.

Genuine LED lighting with choice of colors, leather hand and leg cuffs, scratches, steel log, gas masks and other tools are ready for your gaming.

The equipped kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, high-capacity sink and coffee maker. Small refreshments such as beer, wine and soft drinks can be found in our minibar. We also provide a selection of poppers, lubricating gels on water and silicone base, Crisco, adhesive tapes, freshly mixed J-LUBE, etc. Free condoms and gloves are available for you. Artificial smoke maker can be prepared for you upon request.

Breakfast includes fresh pastries, butter, ham, cheese and a hot drink according to the daily menu.

The apartment is carefully cleaned before your visit. Clean towels and bed linen, shower gel and disinfecting soap are available throughout the stay.

Usual capacity of the apartment is 3 people. We are open to individual agreement on the number of visitors for your private celebrations and parties (up to a total of 6 people), as well as individual rental periods and other services, including catering. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day, according to your schedule.

The area is located in the historical center of České Budějovice with the possibility of visiting a number of local restaurants, cafes or even historical monuments nearby.
